1)研究方向:抑郁癥的分子機制研究。

2) 擅長技術(shù):熟練掌握常規(guī)分子生物學(xué)(WB, PCR,ELISA,IF,RNAscope等),293細胞系和海馬原代神經(jīng)元培養(yǎng)。熟練操作腦片全細胞膜片鉗記錄和海馬場電位記錄和抑郁模型建模/轉(zhuǎn)基因小鼠抑郁模型及抑郁焦慮相關(guān)行為學(xué)評估。大/小鼠腦立體定位注射和埋管手術(shù)。人腦腦片多通道膜片鉗記錄和掃描電鏡等技術(shù)。
